I really appreciate how you made your mark on the Product Managers & Director monthly meeting recently. You brought some difficult and valuable topics in for discussion, and also introduced the "how are you feeling today, show it with an emoji" section which facilitated conversations about feelings rather than products or projects, which is especially important around times of change and uncertainty as we are going through today.

We were able to discuss direction, strategy, priorities, org design, product portfolio, while also connecting with each other as humans.

After I left the company and moved to the Europe, I visited Ubiquiti's office in Latvia and met my former remote coworkers for the first time in 2023!
